Ontario is the first province to license paralegals and FSLPs through the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) to independently litigate within a limited scope. Licensed Paralegals are licensed to represent clients in Ontario Small Claims Court, all Ontario Tribunals such as the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Human Rights Tribunal, Ontario Bylaw and Traffic Offences, Repair and Storage Liens Act (RSLA) matters and Ontario Criminal Court summary convictions where the maximum penalty is 6-months or less imprisonment and/or a fine under $5,000.00.

The new Family Law Service Provider (FLSP) licensees can assist and/or represent Ontario clients within a limited scope, including joint and uncontested divorces, name changes, drafting and filing Court forms and Evidence, navigating the Court System, and more.

Our firm also offers debt collection services, apostille services and notary/commissioning Services. We offer five locations across the the city of Ottawa, making access for meetings and document exchanges easier for our clients.
