Welcome to A2J's Last Month's Rent Deposit Interest Calculator.  Below you will enter the amount of rent paid towards the last month of the tenancy.  You will then choose the year that the deposit was paid, and the rent paid for the subsequent years of your tenancy (using the highest rent for each year).  If the rent was raised at any point during that year, the new rent will be what you input for that year (and subsequent years if the rent was not raised again).  When you are finished, hit calculate and see the interest calculated for each year and the total of all the years below.
